HOW WE WORK?

Our production process takes place with great attention to detail

In order to ensure maximum product quality, we decided to introduce full digitization to our production. This allows us complete insight into activity status and gives us control over quality management. Although the production process is detailed and includes many sub-processes and operations, we present you the most important ones below.

Design and personalization

Through visualization, we can define the final look of the product, the color combination we want to use and any additional personalization that will make this product unique and recognizable. When designing, we use a CAD/CAM program specialized for work in the textile/fashion industry.

Preparation

In the preparation phase, fabric is being ordered, cut files prepared, embroidery and heat press applications made, and samples created. In this phase, potential problems in product manufacturing and machine optimization are defined. Good preparation enables efficient and high-quality production and reduces the possibility of errors.

Cutting

Krojenje je proizvodni proces koji se obavlja uz velik stupanj automatizacije. Vrši se na CNC automatskim mašinama za sječenje materijala koji omogućavaju veliku preciznost i efikasnost. Ovi strojevi mogu rezati i do 100 naslaga materijala uz zanemariva odstupanja u kvaliteti rezanja.

Sewing

As the most complex stage in the process of creating a textile product, sewing is what we focus on the most. Our facilities are equipped with a large number of different types of machines, which enables us to quickly start and realize new projects. We professionally train our employees in the field of sewing, but also in the fields of occupational safety and environmental protection. Production quality is checked according to ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Packaging and shipping

Packaging is done according to the agreement with customers and depending on the type of transport. The most common type of packaging we use is the packaging of individual products in PVC bags, which are then sorted by sizes into cardboard boxes, and finally onto pallets. We also offer the possibility of transporting the product to the desired destination or assistance with the organization of a freight vehicle, in case of a larger quantity of goods.
